Install/Construct ADA Lift at Clubhouse
This project provides an ADA-compliant lift at the Clubhouse to access the second floor from the first floor (golf shop/pool area). This project has been in planning for the last year. Funding is allocated in the capital fund.
STATUS
This project was approved by the board at the February 28, 2023 board meeting. The project is now underway.

Complete Re-Roofing Projects at Clubhouse and IEC
The roofs on the Clubhouse and IEC barns have outlived their useful life; they need to be replaced and are scheduled this year. Consider metal roofs at the Equestrian Center.
STATUS
The IEC barn roof project is scheduled for consideration at the November 12 board meeting. The clubhouse roof project is currently out for bid.

Develop a Bridge Replacement Plan for the Golf Course

Complete Barn C Renovation Project at IEC
Funds are set aside in this year's reserve to renovate Barn C. Renovations are needed to restore the barn to a safe and attractive standard. The project includes in and outs.
STATUS
Bids were presented to the board at the June meeting, but the project was tabled. A recent survey of equestrians has been completed, providing feedback on the project. It is expected to be revisited at the December board meeting.
