San Diego Country Estates Association is currently looking for a full-time Director of Financial Operations to oversee all accounting and human resource functions of the HOA association. Prepare, create and analyze financial reports and statements monthly which includes reserve and capital expenditures and other analysis reports. Prepares the annual budget and works closely with all department managers. Manage accounting and administration staff. Must have a minimum of 10 years accounting, financial and budgeting experience. A BA in accounting or finance preferred. Yearly salary range: $120,000-140,000. Competitive benefits package after 90 days.
