Provides professional golf skills education and excellent player services. Oversees the daily operation of the golf course, driving range, golf carts, all events for the men’s and ladies’ clubs, provides golf instruction and markets the course to outside public play and tournaments.

Provide a well-maintained, comfortable lodge for SDCEA (San Diego Country Estates Association) guests and members. Member-Guest Services (MGS) is an essential information point for everyone in and outside the community.

Reports financial information to the General Manager and Board of Directors for the Association, manages accounting and administration staff, establishes and maintains internal control procedures to protect the Association assets. Prepares the annual operating budget. Member of the Human Resources team.

Manages the International Equestrian Center (IEC) and Casey Tibbs Western Center (CTWC) facilities. Maintains communication and coordination with equestrian clubs, trainers, sub-licensees, boarders and visitors to ensure customer service standards are always maintained.

Oversees the operational and financial performance of San Vicente Valley News, Marketing, Community Relations, and Member-Guest Services. Coordinates management of the Association’s insurance, risk management, and emergency planning programs. Works with the Community Relations Committee, Environmental Control Committee, and Fire Safety Committee.

Maintains the playability of the San Vicente Golf Resort championship golf course to the highest possible standards. Responsible for the daily preparation and maintenance of the golf course and surrounding landscape to ensure the best possible playing experience for golfers while maintaining healthy turf, trees and plants.

Manages marketing and communications and develops a marketing plan in partnership with all revenue-generating departments. Gathers news and information, writes articles, solicits contributions, takes photos, works with a publishing team to present the monthly newspaper to all owners, and prepares and edits the paper.

Manages the catering facilities by overseeing all catering events. Primary point of contact for weddings, birthdays and anniversary parties, class reunions, golf tournament catered events. Also, assists with room bookings at the Lodge for offsite weddings and other events.

Responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of policy, objectives and mission of SDCEA (San Diego Country Estates Association) as delegated by the Board of Directors. Oversees all employee relations and marketing for the Association. Works with standing committees, government agencies and others (water, fire, Sheriff Department, county, legal counsel, and insurance brokers). Oversees projects, both large and small.

Provides the direction of the landscape maintenance for all open space areas, horse trails and easements, parks, center medians and all SDCEA (San Diego Country Estates Association) common areas except the golf course. Provides flood control measures and fire abatement measures.
