Valley News Editor Heather McGhee • October 2, 2024

Submit your favorite fall traditions, recipes, and fun activities to be featured in our community newsletter and help us celebrate the season together!

Fall is here, and we want to hear how you and your family celebrate this special season! Our community is filled with unique stories and traditions, and we’re inviting homeowners to share their favorite fall memories, recipes, and seasonal activities for our weekly newsletter.

What does fall mean to you? Is it the smell of freshly baked pumpkin pie or the crisp crunch of leaves underfoot during a morning walk? Do you have a long-standing tradition of visiting the pumpkin patch or decorating your home with autumn colors? Maybe you’ve got a delicious fall recipe, like warm apple cider or your famous butternut squash soup, that you’d love to share with your neighbors.

We’re looking for all kinds of stories that showcase the beauty and charm of the season—whether it’s a fun family activity, a meaningful tradition passed down through generations, or a new fall favorite you’ve discovered. Your submission could inspire others in the community to start new traditions or try a recipe they’ve never had before!

It’s easy to submit a story idea:

Submit your story idea about fall fun, fall traditions, favorite recipes, or anything else that makes this season special to you or a neighbor. You can share your ideas by clicking the submission link below.

Our writer will contact you, and your story could be featured in one of our upcoming newsletters!

So, cozy up, reflect on what makes fall magical to you or a neighborhood friend, and share the story idea with us. We're excited to hear from you and spread the joy of the season with the whole community!
