Lodge Housekeeping Supervisor

Supervisor needed for hotel. Position requires supervising as many as 5 employees. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred. At least 1 year supervisory experience required. Job requires overseeing the cleaning of hotel rooms as well as clubhouse facilities. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Full-Time Night Audit Position (Temporary)

Now hiring for Night Auditor to conduct all nightly audit-related duties while providing guest service at the hotel and homeowner association’s front desk. Audit responsibilities include nightly balancing duties, daily paperwork, and shift reports. While completing these duties, the Night Auditor will attend to guest needs such as guest check-in/check-outs, reservations, homeowner needs and questions, along with cashiering for the Par Lounge and Oaks Grille restaurant.  Shift hours are 11:00pm to 7:30am. Must have flexible schedule, weekends and holidays are required, 40 hours a week.

Part-Time Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Part-time position available to ensure the highest quality of safety and sanitation by washing dishes and cleaning kitchen and kitchen equipment in accordance with kitchen procedures and Health Department standards. Assist cooks in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making salads, and putting together entrees. Must be available to work weekends and some holidays.


Currently hiring seasonal lifeguards for our spring and summer session. Must enjoy work outdoors, have good judgment, an alert attitude, and good customer service skills. Must have the ability to follow and enforce safety policies and procedures. Certifications required: Red Cross Lifeguard and First Aid training, CPR/FPR, offered by SDCEA Recreation Dept.

 Water Safety Instructor

Currently hiring seasonal “Water Safety Instructor”. Must enjoy working outdoors with children and adults, have good judgment, an alert attitude and good customer service skills. Certification required: Red Cross CPR/FPR, Lifeguard training, offered by SDCEA Recreation Dept.

Part-Time Cook

The Oaks Grille is looking to fill a line cook position in a fast-paced kitchen. We are looking for dependable individuals to contribute to the growth, stability and consistency of our food offerings. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting and the ability to use common kitchen instruments and equipment.  Must be flexible, and able to work weekends and holidays.

Hourly Server

The Oaks Grille is seeking part-time servers who are experienced in providing exemplary service in a high-volume restaurant. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age, and have a strong foundation in wine and cocktails that will allow the server to engage our guests regarding beverage and food pairings. Must have a solid understanding of service etiquette along with a knowledge of how they contribute to the hospitality experience. Candidates must be able to work nights, weekends, all major holidays and Sunday brunch/dinner. To apply, please submit a completed application accompanied with a résumé or cover letter. Hourly On-Call Patrol

The Community Relations Department is seeking to fill an hourly on-call patrol positiion to work nights, weekends and graveyard shifts.  Position will be under 20 hours per week.  Must be able to obtain guard card upon employment.  Candidate must have a flexible schedule and be available at short notice.  Must be at least 21 years of age, and have a valid CA driver's license with a clean DMV record for the past 3 years.

Full Time Sous Chef

San Diego Country Estates Association is seeking a creative, talented and passionate Sous Chef to join and lead our PM team at the Par Lounge and Oaks Grille. The Sous Chef will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all activities of the PM culinary production team, preparation and execution of menu items and delivering high quality food and financial profitability.  This is a “hands-on” position.  Working with the Executive Chef in creating and implementing new menu items based on current food trends and guest demands. They are to ensure all food products are of the highest quality and ready to serve in a timely manner. Responsible for kitchen food ordering, production, sanitation, holding and storage. Additional responsibilities include selection, training, scheduling of our team members, and weekly inventory.

Full-Time Lead Mechanic

SDCEA is currently seeking a Full Time Lead Mechanic who will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all company vehicles as well as the maintenance and repair of all company equipment from large mowing equipment for the golf course as well as the equipment for the landscape and equestrian departments. Must have good organizational skills and be able communicate clearly.  Benefits after 90 days.
