COVID-19 Update - June 2, 2020

IMPORTANT UPDATE | SDCEA

We hope this message finds you and your loved ones healthy and well, and we are pleased to announce that we are following the county and state safety orders while we plan for the careful reopening of our business.

We will continue to work through the many challenges to ensure a well-thought out slow opening with the safety of all as our priority.  The following summarizes our business update this week:
 
Reopened Amenities with Safety Guidelines and Rules

  • Dog Parks – open daily until dark
  • Tennis/Pickleball Courts – open daily 8 am – 9 pm
  • Golf Driving Range – Closed Monday, Open Tuesday – Friday 10 am – 6 pm, Saturday – Sunday 8 am – 4 pm
  • Our restaurants are opening slowly with limited hours and seating
    • The Oaks Grill, Par Lounge – Takeout 
    • The Oaks Grille, Par Lounge - Dine-In

Departmental Update

  • Our Community Relations office is closed.  Home inspections have resumed.

  • Dining - San Vicente Banquet facility
  • Recreation — SDCEA Recreation Center, Basketball Courts, Pocket Park, Ramona Oaks Park and Playground, Pools at San Vicente Resort and Ramona Oaks Park
  • Rotunda
  • Golf —Pro Shop and Snack Bar
  • Lodge

The Golf Course and Practice Area is CLOSED for the construction of our unique Greens and Bunkers Renovation.  Our tentative open date is Nov. 1, 2020.
 

Departmental Changes Until Further Notice

  • The Front Desk is only open to drop off HOA payments, purchase driving range balls and give access to tennis/pickleball courts.  The Front Desk will be answering homeowner phone calls to 760-789-8290 x 4000. . They are also accepting lodge reservations for future dates.
  • The Equestrian Office is closed; however, both equestrian facilities will operate with a full staff, and the facilities require social distancing. Manure management and other services for boarders will operate on a normal schedule. The compost transfer station is operating during normal hours, and the required red vehicle sticker must be visible.  There are no non-HOA trailer-in-day-use of the facilities services.
  • The SDCEA Maintenance, Landscape, and Golf Course Maintenance work continue to work on maintaining HOA standards, and staff will work with minimal employee interaction.

The SDCEA Administration Office remains in operation, with management and staff working remotely.

  • For homeowner account information or to make a payment, you can drop your payment in the box in the Lobby or call Accounts Receivables at 760-789-8290 x 5030 or email ar@sdcea.net; additional payment methods are available on our HOA Dues Payment Options page.
  • For homeowner site access or password resets, call Systems Support at 760-789-8290 x 5011 or email support@sdcea.net.
  • For any community-related questions, please contact the appropriate department, or if you’re not sure, you can email info@sdcea.net, and we will do our best to get an answer for you promptly.
  • The ATM will remain in service.
As you are aware, this situation is continually changing, and we are working diligently to follow all government agency directives, including Federal, State and County. Please keep in mind that this information is subject to change.
