All trips include transportation in an SDCEA Recreation van unless otherwise indicated. Trips often require commitment and payment several weeks to months in advance. Payment reserves your spot and will be returned if the trip is cancelled. No refunds will be issued on advanced ticket purchases unless we have a waiting list. A one week (7 day) cancellation policy exists for refund on all other trips. Social trips require a minimum of eight participants at the stated cost. Additional trips can be arranged if you and your group have something in mind.

RANCHO GUAJOME ADOBE, MAY 31

Rancho Guajome hacienda depicts a unique example of Anglo-Hispanic architecture built on an original Mexican land grant. This National Historic Landmark was built with huge profits from the cattle boom of the 1850’s. Guajome County Park also offers a rich riparian area, marshes, spring-fed lakes, picnicking and much more. Bring your sack lunch for after the tour. Leave S.V. Inn @ 9:45 A.M. and return @ 2:30 P.M.
