Recreational Vehicle Storage Center

**THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE TO HOMEOWNERS ONLY**

The RV storage center is located at 16911 Gunn Stage Road. The center is open seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Access to the center is available by calling the Community Relations Department at 789-8747 or 522-9154. Evening and weekend appointments call 789-8290 ext. 4000 or 522-9154. Homeowner I.D. cards are required when entering the center.

The price for storing a vehicle is as follows and is billed on a quarterly basis:

Space Size 0 – 15 Ft. is $33.50 per month ($100.50 Quarterly)
Space Size 16 – 25 Ft. is $37.67 per month ($113.00 Quarterly)
Space Size 26 & over is $41.75 per month ($125.25 Quarterly)

Currently there is a waiting list for storing large RVs, boats and trailers. For further information call 789-8747 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or email.

In order to be in compliance with the county, the followingrequirements apply to the parking and storage of all vehicles on-site:

1. Vehicles shall be in good working order with current registrations:
2. No maintenance of vehicles or the dumping of any substance is allowed.
3. Cars are not allowed to be stored in the RV lot.
