SDCEA REWARD PROGRAM

A $500 reward will be offered to anyone who can identify a person or persons responsible for vandalizing, or stealing Association property. The reward will be based upon relevancy of information, and it’s contribution to the arrest and conviction of vandals responsible for these crimes against the Association property. If more than one party contributes information the Board of Directors will determine on how the monies will be divided among the parties providing the information about the incident. Rewards shall not be paid to any SDCEA employee or law enforcement officer.

SDCEA will run the reward program for a trial period of 12 months and reevaluate the program’s success at the end of the year. Also to encourage our homeowners to get actively involved with the Sheriff’s Department “NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH” program the Association will contribute a “Neighborhood Watch’ sign to those involved with the program.
