TUMBLING
Kids age 5 and up learn headstands, handstands, forward rolls and more, while developing coordination and self-confidence in a fun environment. Beginning tumblers meet Tuesdays 3:30-4:30 p.m. More advanced tumblers meet 4:30-5:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the Recreation Dept. Annex (behind Weiss House at Ramona Oaks Park). KARATE
Halstead’s Tang Soo Do. Mondays and Tuesdays, 6-8 pm. For ages 6 and up. All classes held at Rotunda. For info call Gearld Denney at 788-0534. First lesson free!

JAZZERCISE
Mon., Wed., Fri. & Sat. Mornings - 9:00 am
Mon., Tues & Thurs. Evenings - 6:30-7:30 pm
Classes held in annex trailer behind Recreation Center.

When you love your workout, results come easy. Each 60 minute workout combines element of jazz dance, resistance training, pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and more to create truly effective programs for every age and fitness level. YOGA CLASSES 
“Gentle Yoga”
Series of 5 classes for people with limited flexibility. Specifically designed for people unable to easily bend and move, people living with pain, or following injury/surgery. Class will increase flexibility and strength, and will promote relaxation. 75-minute class begins at 4:45 pm. Only $60 for entire 5-class series.
Class time: 4:45 - 6:00 p.m. Thursdays

Ongoing classes (continuing/deeper level) Thursday evenings from 6:30 - 8:15 pm.
Experience the benefits from releasing and lengthening tight muscles, while you increase flexibility. Yoga is recognized world wide for its ability to calm and quiet the mind, restore flexibility, increase strength and stamina and to improve general health and well being. Individual classes $12.

WOMEN’S FITNESS CAMP
This new fitness camp will challenge you, encourage you, help you to loose those unwanted pounds and inches, boost your metabolism and energy, and become stronger all while enjoying the beautiful outdoors with other like minded women. We will meet in Ramona Oaks Park by the pavilion on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:30 to 7:15 a.m. . Water Aerobics & Aqua jog- See Aquatics

 New- Walking Class
Come join us for a morning walk.  We will explore with different walks along beautiful trails and through neighborhoods.  All Levels welcome.   Classes will begin June 17 and will be held Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00- 8:00 a.m. Class cost $5.00 per class or receive a discount and pay monthly.  We will meet at The Ramona Oaks Pool.  For more information contact Kim Arras at 789-9142

New- Sculpt and Tone Class
Sculpt and Tone your body in this class.  We will use barbells, Medicine balls, stretch cords, balance boards and more.  We will focus on all muscle groups while strengthening your core.  Great for all levels. Class begins June 16th and will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7:30-8:00 a.m. and Tuesday and Thursdays 6:45- 7:15p.m.  Class cost is $3.00 per class or receive a discount with a monthly fee.  For more information  contact Kim Arras at 789-9142.
