SPRING SWIM PROGRAM
Learn to swim with American Red Cross Classes
30 Minute classes offered: Session 1 and Session 2 is Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 3 weeks.
Class size limited to a maximum of 4 or 5 participants to ensure effective instruction and safety.
Cost per class per swimmer is $60.00 for residents and $65.00 for non residents.
EARLY BIRD SESSIONS
EB Session 1: April 28-May 16 (3 weeks) Monday, Wednesday, Friday

SDCEA resident registration is Saturday, April 5, from 9:00am to 12:00pm. @ the Ramona Oaks Recreation Center. Open registration begins Monday, April 7th . For information call the Aquatic Office @ 789-9066 or The Recreation Office @ 789-4146.
SUMMER SWIM PROGRAM

SUMMER LEAGUE STROKE SCHOOL
This is a prep swim team. Participates learn to refine the four primary stokes, as well as other skill such a flip turns. We will have two( 2)-four week session. First Session June 16-July 11. Second Session July 14 to August 8. Monday through Thursday. Cost $100.00
WATER POLO CAMP CLUB*
Learn the fundamentals of water polo is a fun atmosphere @ the Ramona Oaks Pool. We will have
( 2) two--four week sessions. Ages 7-11 meet Monday/Wednesday @ 6:30-7:15. Ages 12-15 meet Tuesday/Thursday @ 6:30-7:15. Cost $65.00. Limit 10 per group
H20 CAMP*
Come have fun in the water. This mini camp is offered the week of August 11-158 from 9:00am -12:00 noon. It will include instruction in the four primary strokes, water polo skills, junior lifeguard skills, as well as free swim time and organized aquatic games. This camp is limited to 20 participates between the ages of 10-14. Cost: Call the aquatic office
JUNIOR GUARD PROGRAM*
July 7-11 At the Clubhouse Pool
Participates will learn essential guarding skills, improving on swimming techniques.. Youth (ages 11-14). They can assist Lifeguards by monitoring the pool for safety and helping when requested after class completion. Cost: Call the aquatic office (Includes t-shirt and book).
* Must be able to pass level 4 swim skills
PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
Offered year round. Call the Recreation Department for further information at 789-4146.
WATER AEROBICS
Meet at the Country Club Pool.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings, 8:15-9:15 am
This class is taught half in the shallow end and half in the deep end with a belt. We use gloves, noodles, barbells and aqua belts. This class is for all levels and all the equipment is provided.
Cost is $5 per class or receive a discount and pay monthly. To register for current or upcoming classes, call Kim Arras at 789-9142 or enroll at class. More classes will be added starting June 16th.
AQUA JOGGING
Meet at the Country Club Pool.
Tuesday, Thursday evenings, 6:30-7:30 pm
This class is taught wearing a flotation belt in the deep end of the pool, and is taught to fun music. We do intervals of fast and easy, which is great for any level and there is no impact at all. We also use barbells for this class! All classes will be at the Country Club Pool. Cost is $5 per class or receive a discount and pay monthly. MASTERS SWIM TEAM
