Hi All,

This Tuesday 11/11 at 7:30 am Angus Asphalt will be re-surfacing the road to the Mare Motel.  This will be a one day project.  For those that board up there, you will need to park by the turn out or at the closest and safest location, and walk up (you will not be able to drive up there) to care for your horse/horses.  Please do not park near their heavy equipment vehicles.

There will be loud equipment noises so please be careful and keep away from this area during construction with your horse.

For those that use the manure site for dumping your manure, you can use the common area manure bins by the barns.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,

Ramona Vicente Pony Club

Stacey Gill, the former District Commissioner of the Ramona Vicente Pony Club, was awarded a plaque during the regular pony club meeting for her time and dedication of 2 years of service.  Laurie Adamo will take over as the new District Commissioner.

Pony Club of America is for beginner to advanced equestrians who want to learn all aspects of owning, caring for and riding a horse.  Based on testing, a rider can learn skills all the way to the Olympic level.  One of the main focuses in Pony Club is safety, not only for the horse, but for the rider too!

The Ramona Vicente Pony Club meets twice a month on Saturdays at the International Equestrian Center, 16911 Gunn Stage, Ramona, in San Diego Country Estates.

The Club has brought on two new trainers, Nicole Marshall and Chamisa Kolk, who bring with them a wealth of experience. These two young women are both nationally rated in horse management.  Chamisa has a B rating which is the second to the highest rating certification in Pony Club.

For further information or if you are interested in joining Pony Club Laurie Adamo can be contacted at 619-517-5993.
